She previously served as General Manager for Grocery and Retail at Uber Eats Sub-Saharan Africa, where she led major growth and digital commerce initiatives including Woolies After Dark, national retail rollouts with SPAR, and the launch of Uber Eats Market in South Africa. Prior to Uber, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company within the firm’s Operational Excellence practice.

Today, Cikida is the founder of LOURO, a modern luxury brand creating beautifully designed bags and lifestyle pieces for ambitious, multi-dimensional lives. Rooted in intentional design, craftsmanship, and modern African luxury, LOURO explores the intersection of beauty, functionality, and identity.
